  I called in at midnight attempting to make a take-out order. The hours for today note that closing is at 1 AM. The person I spoke to on the phone refused to take my order, said they were closed. It was exactly 12:03AM when I called in. The owner seems to reply to most of the reviews, I'd like to ask, is it normal for orders to be refused an hour before closing time?
  
  Edit: Thanks for the reply. I didn't realize your hours were changed. The food here is great and I love grabbing take-out whenever I'm in the area. Changed from 1 star because the owner responds to issues from customers.

  They have the best of the best staffs as following:
  Tina, Charmaine and Mary.
  They are the best waitress that I never met. They even remember my name after first visit.
  Excellent service, excellent attitude.

  I love this location. The wings are to die for and the atmosphere is so fun and warm. The staff is so friendly and look like they genuinely like their jobs and are happy to serve you (which is not a given these days). We especially had a great experience with Sara... professional, charming, and funny! This is definitely my go to place in Richmond Hill from now on. I would highly recommend the restaurant for good food and good times!

  I've been to all stars multiple times and have never been disappointed. They have a wide variety of wings which is great! I enjoyed the service as it was fast and the environment was welcoming. Not to mention our waitress Taylor, she was very friendly and made sure we were pleased with our meal. Definitely recommend!

  This place is a great spot for a good time!! They have given exceptional service and went over and beyond to meet every requirement. The waitresses are amazing with great personality....Mary especially!!! Our waitress was quick and was always on the ball to provide great service!! The food was amazing and the drinks were cold!!! Can't go wrong here!!
