  Standard No Frills. Smaller than most others so the selection is a bit more limited. Parking here is a real disaster. It's under new ownership and while it was brutal at first, the new owner is starting to get better.

  Dirty. I don't care about anything else, a store that sells food should be clean and not in the state this store is in. As soon as you walk in you can smell old milk.
  
  I don't shop at dirty grocery stores, I've tried this one several times and done trying.

  Every time I go to this store, I'm amazed at how poorly this place is run. This place is dirty and very disorganized. Workers are rude and if you are lucky, they might have 2 registers. Today I picked up two cereal boxes and the sign said it was $2 each. When I checked my receipt, I was charged $4.77 each. I had to line up again to process the return (and only 2 registers were open - lucky me) and the first thing the cashier said to me is "I can give them to you for $2 each. You are not getting them for free!!" I explained to her that I wasn't looking to get them for free, I just wanted to return them. She gave me a dirty look and did not say anything else. Only processed the refund. Never going back again!

  Been shopping at my local No Frills in Oak Ridges for 8 years as our main grocery store for a family of four. Good quality and good prices. What is not to like.
  
  Well, you have just lost our business. We bought a block of PC cheese which must not have been sealed properly last. Despite a best before date way into 2017, the unopened cheese turned moldy. Even though it being a PC product sold only by the Loblaws group, the store refused to exchange the product as I was unable to provide a receipt. What a great thanks for 8 years of customer and brand loyalty.

  The no-frills in Oak ridges used to be really good when Nick and Mira owned it. The shelves were always well stocked and the store was very clean. Since the new owners took over in August this store is no longer the same. The shelves are all empty and there is always garbage near the buggies and the one garbage near the door is always overflowing. I hope that these new owners will start to realize that they have make some changes before they lose all of their customers. I miss the old no-frills.
