  My daughter had a wonderful time celebrating her 14th birthday with friends! The management at Symposium took great care in attending to the party as independent young ladies. I just dropped off my daughter and birthday cake and then picked up my daughter and payed the bill. Lots of menu options, safe, friendly and private environment, guests were happy, daughter was happy, and I happy!

  Prices are above average . Specifically asked if 13.00 burger was frozen or hand made. Told it was hand made and what was delivered was a overcooked frozen burger from GFS. Total garbage. Sent it back and went home a cooked myself a real hamburger
  
  This is just another chain flogging factory made processed junk and not even doing that well

  very bad service and rude manager(the oriental lady manager on duty day June 12 night time) as she refused to replace or return a dinner plate that was not cooked properly in comparing to other symposium cafe that usually make same plate but properly cooked! so disappointed and will never go agian

  Went there last Sunday. Omelette was so so...just a fried egg with more veggie. It was explained that coffee is complementary if I go for a breakfast, but it turned out that it's just cheaper, at $1.95 instead of $2.95 The Manager/Receptionist made it sound like I was being cheap and try not to pay. I mean, come on... $1? For a franchise, you can do better. How much is it of giving out just a cup of coffee. I probably won't go back
